		<description>Nancy, agree.  The future is what we currently call &#039;blogs&#039; - i.e. things that let people concentrate on content and connection NOT the container it comes in.  I also think that the era of the web designer with his tools and his process shrouded in mystery is coming to an end.</description>

@Karen thank you for your comments. You&#039;re right, Wordpress makes it so easy for companies to keep their site dynamic. Unfortunately there are still companies out there who are in the &#039;ticked off the list&#039; camp, but things are most definitely changing.</description>

		<description>What a great post and several points that I do agree with you.

Websites are just not something to be ticked off a to-do-list. They need to be constantly managed, updated, new pages written, etc, etc.  I am just getting my head around wordpress and see it as an incredibly valuable way of creating websites, especially for home businesses/SME&#039;s.  

A website is now a communication platform for a company, not just a sales tool.  It needs to be a two way conversation with customers where one can build a relationship.
